Jill joined the team as the Director of Insurance Services and Investment Operations in March 2005 with four years of experience in the insurance industry. Jill holds her securities licenses along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Lake Forest College. She assists Ben in the preparation of the personal needs analyses, organizes meeting preparation, supports policyowner services and handles investment administration for the team.
Jill lives in Chicago with her husband, Sean.

Carrie joined the team in September 2010. She graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance. Her responsibilites include keeping the calendar, organizing events and maintaining client relations.
