Jill joined the team as the Director of Insurance Services and Investment Operations in March 2005 with four years of experience in the insurance industry. Jill holds her securities licenses along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Lake Forest College. She assists Ben in the preparation of the personal needs analyses, organizes meeting preparation, supports policyowner services and handles investment administration for the team.
Jill lives in Chicago with her husband, Sean.

Matthew has joined the team recently, starting in May 2008. He attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and is enrolling in the University of Illinois at Chicago. His responsibilities include keeping the calendar, arranging events, maintaining client interaction.
Matthew lives in Chicago and spends some of his free time doing design and marketing work for non-profit organizations.
